Natalie previously worked for 14 years, in the Family Law Department in Wolverhampton County Court as a Section Manager. She took a career break after the birth of her 3rd child and joined Safety Forward at the beginning of the year.
Natalie is currently Safety Forwards Health and Safety Administrator and has recently taken over supporting clients with their Accreditations. Natalie is organised, methodical, always looking at streamlining processes and takes pride in her role and maintaining good customer relations.
Natalie thrives on learning new skills and personal development and is looking forward to furthering her career with Safety Forward by beginning to study for her NCRQ so she can progress from an administration role to consultant.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her children, reading, walking and baking. Natalie was a keen horse rider prior to becoming a parent and this is a hobby she is planning on taking back up very soon.
