Vicki’s health and safety journey began working within the combustion engineering sector; in 2016 she started her career at Safety Forward. Working closely with Marisa, Vicki was given the opportunity to progress her knowledge and skills progressing from a health and safety administrative role as an accounts manager. Alongside this role, Vicki undertook training leading her to achieve qualifications as a junior consultant. Vicki’s journey has led her to a senior consultant and manager role enabling her to mentor others starting their health and safety journey with the business.
Vicki takes pride in assisting clients achieve their health and safety goals whilst growing relationships with her clients. She has taken a mentoring role with clients who are beginning their journey with their employees. As a qualified trainer she has also been able to deliver various health and safety training.
Vicki has worked with all levels of employees from apprentices to managing directors in sectors of manufacturing and engineering, warehousing, public sector, construction and offices, specialising in advanced DSE assessment, fire risk assessing, auditing, training and planning.
During her spare time Vicki is a mother who enjoys family time, days out, reading and socialising.
