Found online and liked the information on the website, then felt the introductory meeting went well and that we could work well together.
The audits that Safety Forward have carried out for us provide me with the piece of mind that we don’t get things wildly wrong on site, but will often pick something up that we can improve on/something that I need to research a little bit further and subsequently improves my knowledge. Michelle’s monthly reminders for getting audits booked in are also super helpful.

The personal approach to doing business / knowledge base and the fact you were looking to support the changes that we need rather than just measure our performance. The business is great and you have a great leader. It would be great to have stability around the staff so that people with our team can build strong relationships with other members within the SF teams.
What would you improve about our services if you could?
To clone Maz….. SF deliver on the work that has been requested its often issues at our end that slow any progress.
