Why did you choose our service over a competitor’s?
Local supplier who had the correct attitude toward H&S in terms of realism and achievability. In the limited time that we have worked with Safety Forward Ltd, all of our needs have been suitably catered to.
Great service and great team.
It is a pleasure working with a team that is always so helpful and positive. It is also comforting to know we are being guided by H&S experts.
Safety Forward have an amazing team, they are professional and easy to talk to/get on with.
Vicki is always very helpful and interacts very well with personnel of all levels of staff both direct and indirect.
Why did you choose our service over a competitor’s?
Found online and liked the information on the website, then felt the introductory meeting went well and that we could work well together.
The audits that Safety Forward have carried out for us provide me with the piece of mind that we don’t get things wildly wrong on site, but will often pick something up that we can improve on/something that I need to research a little bit further and subsequently improves my knowledge. Michelle’s monthly reminders for getting audits booked in are also super helpful.
Why did you choose our service over a competitor’s?
The personal approach to doing business / knowledge base and the fact you were looking to support the changes that we need rather than just measure our performance. The business is great and you have a great leader. It would be great to have stability around the staff so that people with our team can build strong relationships with other members within the SF teams.
What would you improve about our services if you could?
To clone Maz….. SF deliver on the work that has been requested its often issues at our end that slow any progress.
Why did you choose our service over a competitor’s?
Our paths crossed with a previous customer that you were working for and I was impressed with the efficiency of your consultant. We`re very happy with your service. Always friendly & professional advice given.
With the support from Safety Forward to obtain our Safecontractor accreditation this has enabled us the opportunity to demonstrate that we are taking responsibility for legal health and safety requirements and be able to tender for new contracts.
Safety Forward have always offered flexible and practical solutions to our Health & Safety requirements, providing a comprehensive, cost-effective and friendly Health & Safety service.
