Why did you choose our service over a competitor’s?
The personal approach to doing business / knowledge base and the fact you were looking to support the changes that we need rather than just measure our performance. The business is great and you have a great leader. It would be great to have stability around the staff so that people with our team can build strong relationships with other members within the SF teams.
What would you improve about our services if you could?
To clone Maz….. SF deliver on the work that has been requested its often issues at our end that slow any progress.
