We are a Midlands based independent consultancy specialising in health and safety projects support services. When companies embark on a substantial health and safety project they will often not have the in-house resources and skills to progress their action plan.
At Safety Forward we have experience of being involved with health and safety projects for small SME’s up to large global corporates. We can work on a wide variety of projects including safety management system roll outs and resolving compliance gaps as a result of external audits.
We are appointed for many different reasons including working with under performing teams and departments that lack the required skills and experience to implement the goals of the project. Our portfolio of organisations we support includes public sector organisations through to the aerospace sector.
When our clients make an initial approach to us it is important that we understand what the company objectives are. Our consultants will be with you by your side from the planning phase through to handover. Where required, the resource we provide will be responsible and accountable for project planning, delivery and success as well as managing communication with stakeholders and the board.
