We are holding our first Mental Health First Aid Awareness Course!
This Mental Health First Aid awareness course is suitable for everyone as it provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a suspected mental health condition. It also gives you the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.
All members of the public can benefit from this course. It is a great step into First Aid for Mental Health.
The course includes:
- What is First Aid for Mental Health
- Identifying mental health conditions
- Providing advice and starting a conversation
We are extremely excited to hold this course as we think it is so important people learn about mental health.
Our open course is running on 6th March 2020, 9am-1pm at our offices based in Penkridge (ST19 5DT).
The price for this course is £75+VAT per person.
We will also hold courses for your company itself. With a minimum of 6 delegates and a maximum of 16, we will come over to your premises and hold the training course. This will cost £450+VAT.
