For the last two weeks I have had the pleasure of working with a Shropshire based recruitment agency Chance 2013 Ltd. The company are leaders in placing ex-offenders in to the workplace across a variety of industries. Our mutual love of horses led us to form our productive working partnership!
Chance 2013 Ltd have been a great company to work with throughout the project. Health and safety has been at the top of their priorities. This means they can offer the best service possible to both candidates and clients.
What has really struck me about the directors Kate and Ian Beech, is how they put health and safety at the top of the agenda right from the word “go”. Their attention to detail in making sure the business is both legally compliant and promotes a good safety culture was evident throughout the business engagement.
Chance 2013 Ltd is a good example of how adopting a robust health and safety management system at the start of a business venture can capture the interest of major UK companies.
